Thank you for taking the time to get to know me
When I was 10 I got my first camera, a disposable film camera. My hobby was photographing animals (lots and lots of animals) and people (friends, family and strangers). I was drawn in by the excitement of capturing an emotion, a feeling, a moment in time and seeing what it would look like in print.
From a young age my parents taught me to work hard, treat everyone with kindness and keep my focus, if I did this then anything would be possible.
Fast forward 20 years and I am now a wedding and portrait photographer.
I can honestly say I have the best job in the world. I capture precious moments from those first dreamy smiles of a newborn to the moment a groom catches a glimpse of his beautiful bride as she walks down the aisle. I absolutely love what I do, and its that passion that drives me. I get a front row seat at one of the most intimate days’ of people’s lives, visit amazing places and make wonderful friends every time I pick up my camera.
I studied hard and received a 1st Class Degree (with honours) in Photography as well as learning the arts of Photo Imaging, this coupled with my photography experience ensures I correctly capture stunning images of the most important time of your lives.
Feeling at ease with your photographer will make the world of difference so here is a little bit about me. I have two daughters, my husband is in the Navy and we have two "fur-babies". I love exploring, going on adventures, camping and being outdoors. Camp fires on the beach, travelling, good food, music and spending time with loved ones. I enjoy working on my health, eating nutritious delicious food and keeping super active, whether its walking the dogs, chasing my children, participating in charity runs, horse riding or going to the gym.
I am a huge Armed Forces supporter with my husband being ex Army and fighting out in Afghanistan and now a Navy Seaman working on the HMS Queen Elizabeth. I provide Forces Discount to my clients who help support our country by doing one of the hardest jobs there is.
